We are going to spin up a couple fair sized birds,bout 4 1/4 lbs each. using Weber BQ rub, with spgo also, and added smoke with AMNPS ... trying it out for the first time , just getting it all fired up .. going to grill at around 325 till I reach 165 internal ..
sorta liking rotisserie chicken any more ... found a good way to crisp skin ... when it's almost done .. I stop the rotisserie for like 2 minutes, turn on some, stop it, till I get all the way around ... like grillin it .... lol ...
