Looks darn good Jim. Around here TT seldom showed up on the grocers meat shelves. I did manage to find a local mom-n-pop store in the next town that over sells them along with brisket and other meats.

If you don't have access to Tri-Tip locally, you can order them online from Wild Fork. I did one of their Prime TT's this weekend and loved it. A bit more expensive this way, but if you're looking to try one, this is an option.

That's an option. I can order them here where I work but I would probably have to buy the whole case.
