I'm not sure if I came to make the roll call but if I didn't here goes. I was a professional cooker/smoker in my own mind until I came here and started finding a lot that I was doing wrong so I want to thank you all for posting all the good info that I have obtained off this site. I'm in Sugar Land TX/Houston and we are in the process of finishing up my trailer pit. We are building a cool pit with a 6ft main chamber , upright , with a rollout grill. I've been wanting to do this for a long time now but finally bit the bullet and dug in the pockets to get it done. I have posted some pics and hope I did it right. I have never done competition cooking but I certainly plan on doing so in the future. We plan on having my pit complete so that I can make it to the Houston Texans/New England Patriots game to see what she will do. Again thanks for all the good info I get off this site.

I posted the pics using photobucket on the woodsmokers forum but I don't see it up yet. Does the moderator have to approve pics before they can be posted?
