We'll I'd just like to say hello. We are a also a web site that deals with BBQ and the ways of the south. We have a store front and we offer custom rubs and brines, custom barbecue pits at affordable prices. The reason I started this site was to try and bring the taste of Southern cooking and techniques to Washington State. Everyone deserves good Que!!! We are members of the Smokering. Were not here on this site to steal any bussiness, we just like to see the views and opinions of other fellow smokers, and join in on the fun.
