Unique Meats and Eats

  1. I thought I would start a thread to see what unique specialties everyone is making.

    What recipe or unconventional cooking are you playing around with? What are you doing that no one else is doing?

    This should be interesting to see what ideas are in development. Someone out there must have the next big thing. Something to put fatties, ABTs, moinks, beer can chicken, and buffalo wings to shame!

    BBQers are inherently creative individuals, so no excuses! Sound off!

    Do a search for posts by Leah Elisheva. I consider her cooking unique barbeque.

    Yep...Leah does some creative stuff.  You might also check out Moikel's threads for some very creative and unique cooks.
