My wife has a couple friends over so I went to costco and bought 2 nice tri tips. Covered in Jeffs TX steak rub. Gonna smoke at 230 till up to temp. Maybe crank it up at the end for a Lil sizzlie. I'll take more pics as I go.[IMG]

Awesome, we love TT round this house ! Thumbs Up

Just a little tip, take it for what it's worth but I have a pellet smoker also... If ya line your drip can with foil, makes clean up a snap !

Be lookin for sliced pics when they're done !

Those look great! How much do you pay per pound? Our price was 7 or 8.99 stopped the other day 10.99.

If it was 4.99 here my freezer would be full! And we would have 3 or more a week!

Nice job. Tri tip is a standard in this house. What kind of wood did you use? 140 is a good temp.
