Hey, everyone! I am Jason, a 40 yo father of 8 yo twins from deep South Texas here. I work in the health care industry. Pretty much occasional smoker (when the meat is usually on sale!) who loves to smoke brisket, ribs, and chicken. My FIL has been smoking meats most of his life, and has complimented me on my skills.
