smoking a turkey breast roast

  1. Have a ready to cook turkey breast roast, i want to know should I inject it or not, first time trying to smoke a turkey,  have done ok with pork shoulders, but concern about drying ouy the bird.

    Take a look at brineing it. You can also inject.

    Brine, Brine, Brine.  In my experience nothing makes a Turkey or Chicken juicy like a good brining.
