Hi all
Very new to smoking meat and vegies since last Oct 2007. We bought a Cookshack Smokette and have been very happy with it.

Gardening is a fun hobby that produces great quantities of food. Steaming, canning, and raw eating has always been the norm. But when I was introduced to smoking them and adding them to a smoked pork butt or beef roast, chicken ect! WOW!

A whole new world of discovery.

So here I am learning from you good folks.

Thank you

Welcome Gardener! I've been meaning to smoke some onions, and keep forgetting. What all have you tried?
