Hey, y'all!
Just wanted to give a shout out from So Cal and say how much I love reading all your posts and stealing your recipes! I got an electric smoker a while back (already had an old "hand me down" charcoal smoker that we use and love) and have been enjoying using it for salmon, cheese, almonds, ribs, chicken, tri tip and right now I've got turkey legs in there, smokin' away!
Sure love this forum! Thanks so much for sharing your expertise and wisdom with us "newbies" to smoking!
