Smoked Split Chicken Breast on the Chargriller

  1. Got some split chicken breast on sale. Removed rib cage (left other bone in) and seasoned up with Jeff's rub (slightly modified) and EVOO.
    Going on the smoker in about an hour.

  2. Just put on the smoker. Got heat at 275.

     
  3. 1 hour in. 125 IT.

     
  4. 1 1/2 hrs in. IT 155. Turned over and sauced back w/ Jeff's BBQ sauce (slightly modified).
     
  5. 15 min later turned over and sauced the tops.
