Man that looks good! Had a tender juicy brisket sandwich myself yesterday just mayo on Kings Hawaiian bread, it was good, but that jalapeño bread and tomatos with mayo sounds better.

Randy, it was some Kraft mayo with olive oil & cracked black pepper.

Couldn't find any jalapeño cheddar bread but now I know where to find it, we get great harvest here in Minnesota.
I jumped the gun and broke out the Kings Hawaiian big buns and slathered one with Mayo, lots of home made maple bourbon bacon jam, piled it high with brisket As tender and juicy as you can imagine then toped it off with battered deep fried onion strings. Really good but Now that I know where to get that bread I'm going to try it your way.

Bacon jam is yummy I put it on everything same as I do mayo, hotdogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, backed potatoes, virtually anything thatmight benefit from the taste of sweet bacon and onions flavor. I mean what don't? lol
