So, had to try an overnight cook, and a pork shoulder seemed like the way to go.

Used Lumberjack Competition Pellets (put 26lbs in hopper).
About 1/2 gallon of water in a tray for moisture. Should have added more.

Set the program in the app to run at 175 for 90 minutes, then at 275 until IT reached 202.

And pulled pork sandwich for lunch.
Some hot green chilies, and a few pickle slices.
Topped it off with some of Jeff's Golden Driller sauce. Good stuff Jeff! 👍

Great looking sammich. Im glad your liking the new pit. I'm waiting on my delivery to hit with stuff I ordered the other day.

Very nice looking chunk of pork right there. Beautiful color on that thing and the shot after pulling it looks fantastic. Very nice and glad the cooker is working out for you.

HA!! Maybe this is why all my pics, especially the ones later into the cook, always look horrible
