Pork loin with mahogany sauce

    Just followed recipe from the pork sticky section. Smoked in a mini wsm @240 with cherry chunks. The last 30 minutes of the cook I lathered the pork in the mahogany sauce and cranked the heat to around 285. Pulled the meat at 143 and let it rest.
