Hello =)

I found a Pitts & Spitt's 18x36 smoker here for sale locally. It is about 20 years old and the seller wants 1000. Seller says that it has been sitting for about 15 years without being used. The smoker is 20 years old. Looks to be in excellent shape

Currently still using the NBBD and would like to upgrade.

Does 1000 sound like a fair price?

Would this be a good upgrade for a couple years until I get the Lang that I want?

Thanks!

Go to their web site and find something close to what your 20 year old looks like. They look like quality smokers. You may like it better than a Lang and I own a Lang. There's a 24X36 in the for sale section and he's asking $1500.

Thank you for the response. I saw the 24x36 in the classifieds. Unfortunately it would take a lot-o-diesel to get up to Frisco area. I really like the 24" model. I am trying to decide how an 18 will do...

I will go look at it tomorrow and report back!
