I am doing 6 Butts in an Orion on Saturday. The party I am making them for is on Sunday at 1PM. What is my best plan to keep them moist ? I wasn't planning on shredding them until Sunday. Should I refrigerate them ?

You should shred when they are done and reheat on Sunday. You should refrigerate them after they have been shredded.

Place in foil pans and cover with foil, when you are ready to reheat add some BBQ sauce and reheat in an oven or the pit at 300°-350°for an hour or until heated through.

I do it this way when cooking for a large crowd.

I would second shredding them when they are still warm. It's easier to get the meat and fat separated cleanly. I also vote for foil pans and reheating in the oven. If you use a finishing sauce put that on prior to re-heating. I like to catch the dripping from the pork while it cooks and add that back in for moisture. Honestly I've never had pulled pork dry out. I reheat in the oven but as low as my oven goes which is 170.

It's hot enough in my neck of the woods that I could reheat pulled pork if I set the foil pan on my driveway!
