No one Dared !!!! Rueben dog.....

  1.  Hello meat my old friend. I've come to dance with you once again.

    Because a vision softly creeping left a seed in my brain.... Still remains.


    Sliced top round corned beef. 2 slices center laid then ...

    Stuffed with equal parts sour kraut and Swiss cheese. fold edges over and roll.....


    OK the I phone lost a pic or two. but This is wrapped in the corned beef sliced to 1/8" thick and then biased wrapped in pastrami.......

    Smoked to an IT of 160f.....
     


    Ohhhh Shizzzz they are ready. Just brushed em with butter as cooling down.


    I had to cut one for testing.


    Stuffed into some 2 oz bolillios, Sorry Al I don't have Judy's buns to keep me warm.


    Another helping of Swiss cheese and into the broiler..... then topped with thousand island dressing.


    Halved goodness.... IPSSFSR.

  9.  Thanks to every one who has replied. BTW I appreciate points from everyone, and that leads to a question......... How do I give points.

    Now the gears are spinning and I have a few more new rolled goodies I will be " ROLLING " out soon.

    The rueben dog did come with a price though. 4 dogs cost about 2.50 each, but if you try them you will love it. They have a near perfect balance of all flavors needed for the right rueben. The pastrami was used to bias wrap because the corned beef will not hold up for the cook, but sliced paper thin it blended in just fine.

    Fatties are slimming down. This is now a gourmet dog.

    David Draiman has taken it for his own. The sound of silence has never been louder.

    Chris Stapleton did the same with Tennessee whiskey. George is proud.

    What's next? Vanilla Ice flippin cribs?
