Hi, my name is Randy, I'm in my early 50s and live in Sacramento, CA.  I have been lurking here on the forum for some time now and have finally decided to pull the trigger on a smoker.  I've read quite a few of threads posted to help me decide what type of smoker would be best for me, there's a lot of information on the forum, and have finally settled on a UDS build because of cost, capacity, space constraints (area in the yard), and being able to customize it.  Looking forward to gaining more knowledge and contributing to the forum.

Thanks

Randy

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

I look forward to watching your UDS build.
Happy smoken.
