Newbie smoker

    Hello all,

    Happy Father's Day to all the dads.

    Wife got me a new smoker. Now to try and figure it out. LoL.

    It's a Masterbuilt Pro dual fuel. Got it assembled and seasoned last night. Just put on a pork loin and shoulder to try it out. Now it's a waiting game. Might just take a nap while everyone else is sleeping.

    Pulled the loin off at 145f. Foil wrapped for 20-30 min and then sliced. Uuuuuuuummmmm.






    The shoulder is still on. Gotta wait till it gets to 185f or so to pull it. Want to do some pulled with it.
