Hello! I'm so happy to have found this forum. I can't believe all the information that I have been discovering! I have been smoking for a couple of years in my UDS and plan on starting to do some cold smoking with a 2'x2'x6' wood smoke house that my husband and I are building. We raise pigs and I just could't justify paying someone else to smoke the meat that I was pretty sure I could do myself, so my search for information began and here I am.
