Howdy y'all, I've been grilling for a few years, just got a New Braunfels Hondo to hold me over until I can buy/build a serious rig. Decided it's past time to learn proper smoking. Being born in Texas, it's all about the beef around these parts. I have to say, so far I've only scratched the surface of this site and there is a *ton* of great info, tips and pointers here. Love the QView pics. Those help a lot. Got my smoker seasoned the last two days, can't wait to get some beef smokin'. Off for more reading.
