Hello everyone, Newbie from Greenville SC here. My wife surprised me with an early Christmas gift this weekend (Brinkmann TMLE). Looks like I can finally graduate up to some real smoking and retire the smoking boxes and aluminum foil packs on the weber. I have already gotten some great tips in the short time I have been on here. Got my Brinkmann assembled yesterday, plan on getting her seasoned this week and giving it my 1st shot this weekend! Any advice is greatly appreciated!
