Newbie introducing himself. Grew up in Southwest Georgia. Think of self as a pretty good grill man. Just use charcoal; not into the propane. Grill of choice is the Weber Kettle. Just purchased a CGSP with SFB in early September. Started off just experimenting with chickens. Smoked a couple of racks of ribs and some sausage. Going to try a butt and chuckie this weekend.
