I am still very much a novice BBQ'er. I started smoking meats and brewing beers for about 3 years ago, and then had to pack up all my gear for a while. But I will me back cooking in no time at all and can hardly wait. I have a char-Griller horizontal smoker with the side fire box, a classic kettle weber, and for those times when I need a high heat to grill I have the dark side propane grill.
