New to forum

    From Wichita Kansas. Been smoking meat about ten years. Big fan of Yoder smokers. Smoking bbb and Canadian bacon today. Going to try to hang the bbb from my Yoder Durango and cold smoke for three hours then hot smoke to 140 or so. Thoughts ?
