Hi all, I'm fairly new to the smoking world. Been using a cajun injector electric smoker and love it. I tried the Brinkman cheap smoker (a friend of mine won it at work), but I didnt like chasing the temp every hour, so I went electric. I love PP and ribs in the smoker. I will be doing my first brisket on 11-23-11, in-laws wanted it for Thanksgiving so I will give it a try. Thanks for all the detailed posts and pics, you all are great at sharing info.
