New "Old" Guy Just Joined

Hi All,

Just found this site while "Surfing" for instructions on making a rotisserie.  Seems like a likeable e'nuff bunch so thought I would join-up.  We live in Sanford, North Carolina. Wife and I are retired and enjoy our freedom to do as we please.  I have worked many years in the Food Service field. Twenty eight years for the Marine Corps and five years with the Department of Corrections.  Those last five years were not as an inmate in case you were wondering!  These were all "Cafeteria" style meals.  I have a set of the Armed Forces Recipe Card Service if anyone needs a recipe for 100 portion batches. Just email and I'll see if I have the recipe you need.
