Hi,
My name is Ben, (HillJack Smoker). I have been smoking for 20+ years, but am still a beginner! I have had more smokers, and various kinds than I can count. I have recently purchased a GMG pellet grill and in 2 days have done whole chicken, thick chops and have a brisket on now!
I live in Indiana and have most of my life except for 5 years in Texas while in the Airforce, and another 4 years in Arizona with my current employer. Back home now.
Have reviewed this forum in the past, and felt it was time to join.
