  1. Greetings. I have a part time catering business called Burnt Offerin's. I have two Traeger cookers a Lil Texas, a large commercial Traeger with 50 sq ft of cooking space, and a Cook Shack FEC120. All use pellets. I have been catering for the last 7 years and love experimenting with different meats and seasonsing. I alway have plenty of eaters to taste test.
