New hit smoker build

  1. Smoker I built inspired by some that I've seen posted here. I've gotten it up to 275° just off of the stove, the propane burner is set to provide 160° constant heat. After tuning, it cooks within 5° across and front to back. I've smoked bacon, country ribs, hams, snack sticks in it so far. Here's the inside,
