Hi all, My name is Chris and I live in central Vermont. Gets cold in winter -20 sometimes but summer is warm and great. I have be smoking and BBQ around 40 years and loving every bit of it. I make sausage of all kinds and smoke meat every Sunday. I would say I am an average smoker and sausage maker. I make different kinds of marinades that I experiment with. I is just a great past time and am excited to be a part of this. I have a 5 smokers of different looks and they all work great. Thanks
