My In-laws got me a smoker for Christmas and when the weather got nice I tried it out. So far I've followed Jeff's advice and have have smoked Ribs, Tenderloin and a Boston-Butt. All have come out excellent and I'm having a lot of fun in the process. I have 4 kids and they keep asking what I'm going to smoke next.

Welcome,  seach the forum for something called Turtles.  Basically it is a meatloaf wrapped in bacon with hotdogs to make it look kind of like a turtle.  If you have young kids they love them!
