When you get a new smoker the expectations are high. I planned on cooking a pork shoulder but my wife also decided she wanted brisket. I have never smoked two items in my WSM. After the toil of learning to trim these two types of meat, rubbing, and injecting, and finally smoking and transporting, the end result was a success. Here are pictures of before and after the smokes
