You get it. I've trolled this forum nonstop for the past few weeks getting ready to smoke my first brisket in 8 years on my Smoke Hollow 44in propane smoker. This placed did not let me down. I also threw down some chicken quarters for good measure. The results? Fantastic! I will tweak my chicken temps but the brisket was outstanding.

I currently hail from Northern Virginia but my heart lives in Texas.

Thanks for all of the input here and hopefully I'll have some words of wisdom to impart on the group just as soon as I have some wisdom to share!!

I only gets better from here, the first time is the scariest.
