London broil on the kettle

    Got some shoulder steak for $3.29lb and marinated it in Frenchs classic steakhouse. Also some russet spuds and fresh corn.Made a Nice meal. Potatoes were tender and crispy. I pulled the steak off at 130....I think next time I will try 125 but great flavor ,pretty tender sliced thin. I thought the final flavor was excellent. Sweetie thought it was peppery from the marinade. We differ on that. Corn was delightful. Perfect outdoor meal!
