Hi all. Haven't been on in a while. Went on a fishing charter out of Saugatuck Fri. Cought some nice Lakers! Smoked them up yesterday. I have a great brine if anyone is interested. And I decided to keep it going today. Got a pork butt & some babybacks in now. Doing the 2-2-1 on the ribs. Using a mix of vanilla coke/apple juice foil juice and a maple glaze on the ribs. Kitchen is a mess but, I'm eating good!!
