July 4th Brisket w/ Q-view

    So a cpl of years ago I started doing a brisket every July 4th....here's the product.  Sorry about the 1st pic...was taken w/ my cell.

    Cooked on MES40 @ 225° 

    Foiled at 165° and put into cooler @ 190°


  2. Looks like a mighty fine smoked brisket there GhostRed7.  Am I too late for left-overs?  Keep Smokin!

    Man...I barely got firsts lol.  It was damn near annihilated before I could wash my hands LOL
