Italian ABTs as insprired by Uberhack w/ Qview

    So Uberhack came up with the idea for Italian ABTs, using ricotta cheese and proscuitto instead of cream cheese and bacon. I also used yellow chili's instead of jalepenos, tried to find Anaheim peppers to remove all heat, but the store didn't have them. They turned out great, I think if i did them again i would use mozerella or cream cheese again instead of ricotta. Thanks for the inspiration though bud!

    they look good..........what about using parm and mozz in with the ricotta with fresh basil.

    Well done sir!
    I am definitely going to split the batch between jalapenos and yellows next time.
    Wow what's next? Greek ABTs??? Gyro meat, feta, black olives. Wait, that sounds good. Adding items to Mrs Uberhack's grocery list now.

    I think I will try water mozarella, parmesan and some Italian sausage on the next smoke - thanks for posting this

    Wow, there's just so many things to do with ABT's. Those and fatties go together.
