Hello everyone. I'm a california native. Been living in Texas for 8 years now. Im a combat veteran. Love to cook. Just got a brinkmann vertical smoker a few weeks ago. Finally had the time to put it together yesterday. Got the seal kit for it. will fire it up this friday to season it. And yes, my wife was nice enough to let me assemble it in my office.

Welcome to the forum. You will find that the more you participate, the more fun it is, and the more you will learn. I have only been a member for a few months and I can honestly say that I am a much better smoker than I was when I started.
