Hello to all. Just joined the group. My name is Fritz and i'm from Rochester, NY. I have been smoking for over 10 years but by no means a master. I love trying new recipies and have played around with sausage making. I have a GOSM gas smoker, a Brinkman water smoker and a Webber gas grill. Most of all I enjoy cooking and look forward learning what other people are doing to make great BBQ.
