A little about myself. I live in Iowa. I am a service manager at a car/truck dealership, was a technician for app 30 yrs prior. Married and have 7 kids between both of us and 7 grand kids. I currently have a propane smoker and a wood/charcoal smoker with an offset fire box. I am currently converting a propane grill into a smoker for camping
