I'm fairly new to smoking - about 3 years.  I'm great at ribs but have screwed up a brisket a few time which scared me a bit so experimenting is off limits. 

I'm retired and I love to cook and garden.  I'm really looking forward to getting some help so I can smoke any meat.

You can get all the help you need here. We are like a Family and share all our secrets (well, most of us).

Don't worry about the foul-ups when experimenting, you can always make Chili or a Stew and maybe find it is better than the regular meals you make...
