Got a new Oklahoma Joe Highland smoker in the great WM clearance sale of 2016!

Been grilling and 'grill smoking' for a long time but this is my first real smoker. Dig the site and will post pics of the ribs and pork butt I plan to smoke this weekend once their done, assuming i can get a pic before the family and I scarf it down!

For now, all I've got to show are these hot dogs:
