Hello to all !! I've been grilling for years, but have always loved the taste of of good, smoked BBQ. I just purchased my first smoker...a 40" MES. I seasoned it a couple of days ago and am trying my luck with my first smoke...a whole chicken. I took some of the advise of the great member's knowledge here and it is in the smoker as I write. I'll let you know how it turns out.
Anyway, I look forward to learning from all the 'pros' here and hope I can contribute when and where I can. Any other SC smokers here? I'd love to see a SC group sometime.
