New to the forum! Recently got into cold smoking, here in Spokane Valley in Eastern Washington. Just got a Masterbuilt 30" Digital electric smoker. Have not tried it out yet. Have been grilling with charcoal/propane & wood chips for years. Recently purchased a little device that runs on flavored wood pellets. Cold smoked pork ribs, tomatoes, peppers and cheese at one time. Came out very tasty for first time cold smoking. Looking forward to learning more from you folks here! All kinds of ways to smoke tasty meals.
