Baby backs that I got on sale at Kroger's. Seasoned them over night and now their ready to go in.
Coming up on their 3rd hour and looking good.
Should I foil or go without the Whole way?
GS, I foil but a lot of folks don't-mine just came out of the foil for another hour of firming up !
You're already done , but I never wrap and get this as a result . . .
