First time smoker

    My name is Jarrod I'm from Lancaster Pennsylvania. I bought a master built 30 electric smoker yesterday and made my first batch of snack sticks using the hi mountain seasoning and mix. I want to make cheese Bologna but I can't find any good recipes I am looking to make the butcher shop quality Bologna. Any help is appreciated

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
