Rub: White sugar, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper, salt, cumin. Trimmed the roast, slathered it with yellow mustard, and applied rub liberally. Very excited for this! I will not be using the Texas Crutch. I want to get through the stall and have a good bark.
