Since beef is so darn expensive now I have been eating a lot of yard bird lately. Decided to shake it up a bit with three differant marinades. The one that I was really itching to try was juice from 2 limes, 1 cup Valentina's Extra Hot sauce, and 1/4 cup vinegar. Second bag got a cup of Yoshidas, and the third bag was 1 cup Sweet Baby Rays mixed with 1 cup vinegar. Top left: Valentina's Hot Sauce; Top Right: Yoshidas; Bottom: BBQ sauce 3 hrs. in the WSM at 250° with a little bit of mesquite. From left to right: Valentina 1/2 chicken, Yoshidas 1/2 chicken, and BBQ thighs. .... and a nice plate of goodness! That is my plate with Valentina's Hot Sauce.... it was awesome!
