Sweet potatoe with butter and brown sugar. Zucchini and yellow squash with SPOG. And of course the brisket. Definitely the best brisket I've done.
 
I just wish brisket wasn't so pricey.  Brisket is by far my favorite but hard to drop that kind of money every few weekends lol.
 
I hear you on that one, Brisket up here in Canada is even worse... Last it was over a $100. for 11lb.....  I think when I go south I may pick up a few just to have here....

I buy at Prairie meats. It's usually trimmed up good so not much waste. They will cut what you want so full packer or just flat or point whatever. Picked up a 6lb flat on Friday and it's now dry brineing along with 4lb of venison for some pastrami.
 
Question: My meat prob was reading 195 but when I took it out and used another probe it said 180. Now putting it back in its reading 180 thoughts?
